because I can't see who is on the other side of the e-mail I may not accept any more registrations for the upcoming qualifiers tournament, being forced to remodel this competition to take the current number of wormers who replied to me (some still haven't checked). Crespo, you're the host and you have the final say in these matters, but I want to make an appeal to reason here: in what way would such a ban improve the quality of this tournament or help the community? 'Cause this has to be our main objective, right? Moreover, there's a practical problem here: for how long will such a ban be enforced? Will CWT turn into a closed competition, or will it be reopened at some later stage? In the latter case, what would prevent people from committing identity fraud at that point? So far, CWT has greatly benefited from its openness. Why would that change now? Let's not turn an isolated incident into a disaster by overreacting to it. One more point that I think is pretty important: I can't believe anybody is concerned about Johnmir ever attempting to play in a tournament under some fake ID again. The fact that he decided to come clean shows he's not comfortable doing that, and this makes him a good guy, not a bad one. It's clear that none of us likes what he did, but the fact that he openly admitted his own mistake can only be admired. Both in life and in any competition, most mistakes are penalized, so not allowing him to participate in the next qualifiers seems fair enough to me, but I think everything must stop here; the best thing we can do now is move on, and help Johnmir do the same.

I think, as mielu said, that cwt should stay open. from my point of view, this incident hasn't been that bad. He tricked us all, but he never cheated to get the wins he got. the situation would have been worse if it was.. for eg, mielu playing with 2 different nicks in the tournament . So far, I belive that trusting cwters is the best thing we can do.

I am sorry Crespo... I am sorry CWTers Yes i didn't see an apostrophe I dunno maybe the whole tone of the message plus unexpected use of word "russian" blinded me My apologies I'll be quiet and humble now Like a newcomer should be p.s. Maybe not so quiet but surely more humble
