Check it out in the site. Now it's even more important to have more games done. And even knowing that you are out of the playoff you are now forced to play ALL of your games!! Got the idea from HHC's Singles ranking (no longer updated)... P.S.: Steve mate, I now have the 2002 award in my possession, but just let me wait until 2003 finishes cuz' you might still win it so I won't have to send two packages all the way down to Australia. But probably I'll send 2003 to Poland or Holland... Who knows?

Hmm, i think i didn't give you the proper formula I can send it to you by e-mail, but i'm not sure if it's really necessary cause your rankings seem pretty correct. I guess the 'wrong' formula works just as well. You can send the package to me

Well this formula seems to be quite accurate as far as I'm concerned. It reflects the bigger effect on winning than loosing, which will add more wish to win to each player in each game. The only glitch in this formula is the fact that it doesn't takes the diference between the players... But that small improvement would make the formula to be totaly awckward and complicated. So I say it is quite fine the way it is. Now even unqualified wormers have to keep fighting trying to get a win because a win counts more than a loss. Quite good work, I think.

so do i have to play the other wormers that got knocked out at the same time as me?
that would be sweet, cos i could do with a few good matches.

Voodoo the only games counting for CWT ranking are CWT games. And your position in the ranking will change according to the results in your CWT games.
For now you won't have to play no one.
P.S.: I didn't exactly understand what were you saying... Hope I cleared you...

I've noticed a flaw in the ranking refering tied wormers. For example if there were 2 wormers in the position X tied with the same rank then the following wormer would be in position X+1, which is wrong. Correctly, the following wormer should be in position X+2. Update made. Always improving. P.S.: Surprisingly, the person who alerted me for this fact was a cow-quitter of the 2002 CWT known as Pitbacardi.

Fellow CWT'ers, As I was gazing the ranking I began to notice that the winning percentage hardly did anything to the final rank value of everyone so I went to Excel and saw a glitch on the formula. I had it like this: Rank = 100 - 3x + 5y + (y/(x+y)) , which is wrong because the winning percentage should be multiplied by 100 to be noticed. So, I changed the formula to: Rank = 100 - 3x + 5y + (y/(x+y))*100 . Now it's perfect. Unfortunately for me I got from 2nd to 4th (I diserve it) and Jigsaw rose up to 2nd with Simon still in 3rd place. Bytor and UrbanSpaceman also descended some spots while Nut and Pipinasso got up a few places. Have a nice day
