I'm sorry Crespo. But your Thread somehow changed into "IwanttowritesomethingthatswhyIposthere-thread". Unfortunaly I couldn't split posts to another Thread, that is the reason for renaming your original thread in "CWT's chitchat" :-) I hope you don't mind.

Hey guys, Ups I guess my funny way of renaming the categories for each poster in this board were not taken lightly. Sorry khamski, it wasn't my intention to insult you with the Concrete Donkey thing. I guess this is very subjective (I think it is rather cool to be labeled as a Concrete Donkey as it the most powerful weapon in worms ;D). I will change that now. Crespo EDIT: it is already changed... I didn't bother to read every single post... well, sorry for this, I just wanted to change the dullness of normal rankings for members of this forum.

np, Crespo You should give Joschi and Zemke full rights here. They took a hard job on their shoulders so i think they must have a proper working toolset to handle it nicely. Imho of course... you're the boss anyway.

They have full rights by now. I think I made them "tournament hosts" but I don't know if the needed admin powers were given, I guess it was Jiggo who took care of that. Otherwise, I would have looked into this again. On other news, the skin is a nice variation to the black and white one. Nice. Regarding the coming CWT site, I have read that a form for uploading profiles directly into the site and the game reports will be put there. That's a superb thing! I guess it gives the organizers less work! By the way, what should I do with the old site? Just keep it? the page is free so it's not really any trouble to keep it but if you would like to change any file or data location I guess we could work things out. Cheers, Luís Crespo

We appreciate your offer very much, Crespo. I won't answer your question yet, because it's somehow Zemke's buisnees, creating the new site. He putted already a lot of work into it and got some ambitions to complete it with a high precision. Because of the forum rights and ranking system: I just didn't knew who invented it, that is the only reason why I didn't want to defend it I liked it on my own too. Not so mainstreaming ;-) I already asked for another propositions, so we can always change the current rankings.

You're talking about the sapo.pt server? In fact we've three CWT servers now.
After a season of CWT the archive gains more than 300 replays. After ten years of CWT we'll have 3000 replays. Each replay is about 100 KB big, which means after 2011 we'll have have 300 MB of replays. This is more than the half of my server space. So we could put some replays on the old servers. Anyway, I don't know at the moment... I need to wait until the site is almost done.

Great to see Crespo back. He is the only guy I know who is Portuguese but writes poetry in English. Nice to see that you still play worms. I hope you do well it the tourney.
Very best wishes, Pete,

Am I the only other person who thinks weaponed-themed ranks were a great idea? :/
Good to be back, and looking forward to the tournament opening its doors.

Am I the only other person who thinks weaponed-themed ranks were a great idea? :/ *Grabbing out old storys* Not so long old fellows feel uncomfortable with the given ranks ;-) Yes, it brought some funny notices into this forum, but called donkey wasn't nice for these persons. Good to be back, and looking forward to the tournament opening its doors. As it was announced somewhere in this forum, release of the new site is on 1st of October. At the same time we start the sign-up for this year. I don't know how big the rush will be onto the 32 spots, but I suggest you to be in time there ;-) I would like to have more old wormers participating at the next tourney (this is a calling to each old wormer to give his comeback!!). For a good training program I suggest you to visit our daily active community www.normalnonoobs.orgP.S.: The reason for the delay of sites release is not because of time problems. We just changed the plan and want present you a full completed site. Zemke is our man for that.

Yes, I was thinking of paying NNN another visit. I nearly joined a few years ago but my life got taken over by university. I'd like to give it another go, I think. Also, is 'Donkey' that offensive? Do you know what my name means?

You're asking the wrong one, Joschi hasn't been against weapon-themed ranks. Anyway, what do we need these ranks for? I won't mind if we remove them.
