I just reminded: I still haven't made and sent Jig's 2003 shirt... Should take care of that in the next 15 days, promise.
I also reminded of something previously discussed in the topic "projects for the future": donations! That would speed things up when it comes to making and sending t shirts to the winners.
As I told before, I don't ask for much, only the enough amount to help me with the expenses. Making a t shirt costs more or less 10 euros, plus more or less 5 euros of postal charges. Being so I don't ask for much. If I even got enough help perhaps I could make not only the first place for 2004 but all 3 podium t shirts, and that would be something...
Just thought I drop a note. My adress:
Luís Carlos da Fonseca Crespo Couraça de Lisboa, 91 R/C 3000-122 COIMBRA PORTUGAL

Nice idea, although it's only understable by english people, which is not so "world party" to me Penguin and I spoke about it on MSN. Should be more colorful, and a graphics pro talent would be a good thing to make it look better PS : I really laughed when I saw the sheepcrate.jpg file in the same directory as the logo ;D

I fully agree with that, Crespo; there's no reason why you should support the costs associated with the tournament on your own. After all, we all benefit from it, so we should contribute to it as well. Actually, I've been thinking about something for a while, and I wanted to discuss it with you guys. I read in the forum that Crespo mentioned the idea of getting a nice .com domain name for the tournament web site. I would be more than happy to handle that and pay for it. We would have to make sure the web hosting company where the site is currently sitting is able to handle that through their DNS/WWW servers, but that's usually not a problem. So, how does www.wormstournament.com sound? Alternatively, if you don't think that's worth doing, I'd be happy to contribute to paying the costs of the awards. The easiest way to get that to Crespo is probably to send a note in an envelope (well hidden...). Cheers, mielu

If we are thinking about changing the URL (which is something I am not sure about) I think we should aim to keep it as short as possible. I checked and the following are available, but names like cwt.com are already taken cwt.biz crespos.org crespos.net cwwpt.org To check other options go to www.whois.net/ and use the "Get your own Domain Name" section. BTW should this be a new thread?

What would be the best and safest way to send cash to Crespo? I'm not a big fan of snail mail as I have already lost some stuff because of it.

Crespo, you need to open a PayPal account or similar. this is the best method to send you small amounts of money. it's very fast and secure. Many webs like www.emule-project.org or www.torrentreactor.net have this one. And if you want to make your own free merchandise, you can visit www.cafeshops.comgreetings for all pd.: im very lazy to send you the confirmation mail, i do want to be at qualfiers.
