If we assume (rightly or wrongly) that Crespo's cousin is gonna come last, and that Fantomas is gonna win group D, then Dario and NormalPro are in exactly the same situation as last year! That is, battling for second place (I've forgotten who the winner of their group last year was ). Last time, NormalPro won 3-2 on aggregate - this year, it's currently 2-1 to NormalPro. BUT, the Fantomas results mean that Dario only needs to win one round against NP - ie, as NP said, they both need to win the game, so it's effectively a playoff! GL to both

I played against Kain today in his home stadium: [Pro] I didn't play this scheme for a long while so i started completely unprepared . A quick view at the settings made me realize i had to do three complete rounds with just 1 set of weapons. So i figured i would go easy on them the first round and use them only to decide the game. Things went pretty good for me. I had Kain down in energy quite a lot after a couple of turns, so I then decided i wouldn't use any good weapons anymore and save them for the next rounds while finishing this one with just nades. But ofcourse, things blew up in my face after all. A quick kill on Kain's part put me down to a 97 worm against two sick and weak worms of his. I decided it was time to throw in a good weapon. Napalm was thrown on his, but unfortunately it didn't knocked only one of his into the water. Aaaaah! Kain exploited the situation, got a double damage crate, roped over and gg'ed me... I was pissed off, it was totally unnecessary to have lost this game. I needed to win the second game now. However i was in quite a horrible position at the start. Both of our squads were divided between left and right of the terrain. Then suddenly the middle part was blown up and in a few turns we both used our biggest weapon in a desperate fight to put the odds in our favour. He then tried to arrow my last worm into the water, which, by very good luck, didnt work. Next turn i shot him in. I was lucky he didn't have any ropes left now. Next turn i roped to his remaining worm and did a risky nade shot. Fortunately it did work... 1-1 with a bit of luck on my part. Things were all even again for the third round. Both of us had wasted our most valuable stuff and it looked like a bng game was ahead of us. Too bad i didn't have my day... my shots nearly all missed their targets while his kept pounding my worms. Things became even worse when i accidently stepped too close to a mine and ended up drowning a 100 worm of my own. It really was a desperate fight now. I had 1 worm of 1 energy left against three full strength worms of his. In a last attempt i tele'd to a hiding spot which seemed quite safe for nade shots. His first shot killed his own worm which was standing close to mine. Fortunately my weak worm wasn't hit by the blast. Next turn i took a crate and got 3 ropes. I went all or nothing and roped over with 20 secs on the clock. Landed on top of a hill with 2 seconds left. Fired my first shotgun, almost drowning one of his worms...fired my second at the other, missed completely. It was gg. Kain selected nade and went for a 2 sec. I wasn't too far away so the shot wasn't too hard. It flew....flew... boom, miss!!! It exploded just behind me, i was only like 2 pixels away from the blast! I survived! I now used another rope to knock one of his into a slightly easier position. Then i took my shotgun out once more. Plop, first one down, plop, second one down... gg... Needless to mention kain's reaction to the whole drama. He really didn't deserve that... It actually took me a few seconds to become aware i just won a game i already gave up on minutes ago. But when i did i stood up and did a little victory dance. 3-0 in cwt! Tonight i shall sacrifice another sheep to sweet lady Fortune, cause hell, i sure had a few lucky ones so far.. 3-0 on the boards with two games against teletubbies and a home game against kain left. This is bound to become MY year in cwt

I have never played Kain before. He is an unknown to me. Any words of advise HHC? I will need to get 6 points from him to have any chance of playoffs this year.

I am so embarrassed. Can U imagine Bytor not making the playoffs for the first time in 4 years? A headliner getting left back in the group stage. This now not only a possibility, but at this point likely. I could conceivably even end up in last place in my group and get sent packing to the newcomer stage! A four year CWT veteran in the newcomer stage...WOW BTW HHC, how did U arrange your game with kain? I have sent 2 emails but have yet to get a response.

Well, Its all over now, I have virtually no chance to make playoffs this year. I just played Kain and lost his home scheme. I am so sick of this I just want to stop playing this stupid game all together. I don't mind loosing to HHC he is really good and I could not recover from alittle bad luck. But Kain got and used so many crates I don't even know what his special weapon is. Birds? Cows? Super sheep? Flame thrower? I don't know, he had them all. and of coarse a mini gun more then once. I lost 1 round of my home scheme and 2 rounds of elite all because of fucking crates. Well good luck to all of U. I have some thinking to do.

Hi Bytor, you really do need your own share of good luck in this Tournament, and this year it don't seem to be coming your way. Don't let it get you down. Com'n man bounce back, enjoy the game, thats why we all play WWP 'cos we enjoy the game, no matter what the out come. Everybody who has played you, knows your a first class player and in CWT the level is so high that only very small changes make a big difference to a game. Remeber what you said to Crespo & Fury? ;D

good the truth that I would like they had seen the game i won the first one in intermediate and the second one escaped from me for a last stranger movement, in the third one it was when I touch myself a flame-thrower that did not serve me as anything because I lost it for a lot of difference, cows never touched me use cows in the intermediate and pigeons in the elite, with regard to the super sheep I trumped it in the third game of elite and gained it to grenades, you know that it is not just that you put that I won for the boxes because the only thing that helps me was the minigam, even accent that you were changing of weapon into half of the elite, I played good and it might have taken me 6 points, it is a game enjoy it even you can pass to playoffs if hhc would win the three remaining ones gain 2-0 and teletubbies and I me results would be 2-0 2-0 , good luck
PD:you forgot to mention that touch you a double damage, which unbalances enough a game

well here's how it looks in Group G:
HHC leads with 9 points an 3 games remaining Bytor has 9 points, kain has 5 points and 3 games remaining and TT has 3 points and 4 games remaining. Besides HHC's situation everyone is still able to qualify or to NOT qualify.
I might as well remind yourselves to take a peek t he archive section of CWT 2004 standings in the Group D. the 2nd player qualified with only 2 wins and 9 points so Big B. may start praying for HHC to win all of his remaining matches and hoping that kain doesn't make 10 points. The same thing happens in relationt to TT.
So let's see how it goes.

I apologize Kain. I, made the last post just after our game and was pissed off. U won and I am glade for U. My intention was not to say U didn't deserve the win or that U played badly. In fact, I was impressed buy Ur ability to hold a lead once acquired.
I am quite sure I would have won if it was not for those crates but I can't speculate on what did not happen. I just seam plagued this year and I get pissed when put at a severe disadvantage though no fault of my own.
My loss to HHC did not bother me one bit. HHC says he had a lot of help from luck I believe he was just being modest. It was true I did have alittle bad luck. But a small amount of bad luck just makes one try harder. I played my best with him and still lost. So I felt good knowing I was just simply beaten by a superior opponent. It just did not feel the same this time is all
