from now on, there will be no more CANCELLED games. Instead, all games can still be played any time before 1 week after the final deadline, and then is when all games that have not been played will be definitivelly cancelled, and a 3-0 win (therefore a 0-3 loss too) may be given to one of the teams. Anyway this is not as good as it looks like, because the players will still have to play the game and the penalties will still going to be applied for every missed deadline.
Sorry for the sudden change, as far as I know it is the first 2v2 tournament that actually starts and goes on, and sometimes its hard to predict how things will be going on.

Well, its the first 2vs2 tourney with CWT community but not the first one ever. The situation was fully predictable if you ask me.

It is really difficult, to find a date fitting to all 4 players.... In my opinion 1 week is a too short periode, even CWT Sologames have got 10 days.... Greets, Horn.

yes I was expecting things to go on much worse than they actually are, I was, and actually too, testing how often people can actually organize and play 2v2 games. I have seen it is not as hard as many told me, the first weeks there were almost no problems, but the ones caused because of lack of effort by one of the teams. Well, about CWt giving 10 days... It is good, because its a tournament ment even for not really active players, while this one isn't . I am happy to see that some of the best teams are also the most active ones (AWEs, AKoE, IncreKiss, Materia), and I bet (as a player, not as the tournament host) that those 4 are the ones that will get to the final stage, and would make t even if I gave everybody 15 days to play each game, hehe. After all, things just go on better than I expected, just as I said before, and this really encourages me to think seriously about hosting a second season, but this time with a complete website and probably just 8 teams.
