Let me begin by explaining what this "recycle bin" is. If a wormer misses a deadline, then he loses 2 points. If his points become negative, then he goes into the recycle bin.
The reason wormers aren't kicked out "properly" is because of the possibility of someone suddenly not being able to play for a short while, and not being able to warn us beforehand. (For example, if someone has to suddenly visit a sick relative in a foreign country for a week where there's no internet connection).
At every new deadline, the recycle bin is reset. In other words, a wormer who enters the recycle bin at milestone N will, by default, be kicked out of CWT properly at milestone N + 1.
There are three ways to avoid this fate: 1) by giving us a good reason why you couldn't play, 2) by convincing us that other wormers in your group wouldn't co-operate with you, and thus forced you into missing your games. (For #2, the case will be discussed openly on this board, and testimonies of those involved will be requested.) Added: 3) you can play yourself out! If, by the next milestone, you've played at least enough games for that milestone, then you can go back to normal status. However, the 2 points that were deducted are NOT returned in this case. If they were, then people would rightly feel that they could miss deadlines all other place and eventually get away with it every time. (This third means of escape was added during the tournament itself, as a common-sense solution.)
If you're in the recycle bin and you want to appeal, you must do so in a reply to this thread.
The wormer(s) who were still in the bin at the last milestone, and who have therefore been kicked out, are:
[None]
The wormer(s) in the bin at the moment are:
1. Khamski 2. Lightsider

Vodkoff and NormalPro played on Monday (yesterday) against NOrmalPro, they should be kept out of the recycle bin.

Yep, they have; the recycle bin will be updated accordingly

Unfortunately, I won't be able to play before the weekend, because none of my group's wormers is interested to play earlier.
If you can give me more time, I'll try to play at least two games till the next milestone.

Aquaworm is out of the recycle bin after playing both his games with GeLeTe on the "day of grace" yesterday.
I will now comment on the four remaining cases:
1. Dvorkin. Towards the end of the first period he was in msn looking for CWT games, but couldn't arrange any. He has said that NormalPro missed appointments with him, that Javito didn't reply to his messages, and that Vodkoff was never there (no mention of mielu). Given that only three games have been played there - two of which were on the last minute - I can believe that the group was less active than it should've been. However, the fact remains that the others were able to get at least one game played, and I think that Dvorkin should've been more active early on, and, when he encountered unresponsiveness, he should've reported it before rather than after the deadline has passed.
This is the hardest decision I've had to make, Dvorkin: sorry.
2. Fantomas. At the end of the first period, he complained to me about unresponsiveness from his fellow group members. I can believe this of cOOL and particularly Franpetas, but not of Saldanha and RatoonSoft. The last few sentences of my paragraph about Dvorkin apply here too - namely that (alleged) unresponsiveness from other players should be reported a good few days before the milestone, in order that action may be taken. And finally, I find it hard to sympathise with the other-people-have-been-inactive complaint of a wormer who was inactive himself for a record-breaking 4 months in the previous tournament!
3. Nut. In spite of the fact that there was a rather amusing email address mix-up with Nut, no-one has heard from him (as far as I'm aware) and he has a reputation for inactivity. In fact, before the tournament started, I predicted he would end up in the recycle bin at the first milestone!
4. Philippo. Where has he gone?? I was looking forward to playing him, but unfortunately that isn't gonna be happening (unless, of course, he provides a good enough a posteriori reason for his total absence).

Hey Roberto you're the man! I couldn't have done that better myself!
I've mailed Nut to the old mail account and I've got no response. If things maintain this way, then Libre would join in Group C. As for the other 3 wormers I concur with the flightless bird's decision.
Regarding my own problem » I'll soon be hearing back from the store. I hope to have my cpu back next week, but then again, that isn't certain... I'll rapidly notify you guys of any progresses.
Regarding Manolo problem » Yes he'll be travelling down to Argelia and he assured me that he will be able to play every day at night after he gets there. I undoubtedly trust him. He also suggested that he would grant a game to one oponnent in order not to delay things, but this is bad because of fairness to the non-chosed oponnents; this nevertheless shows his willing of not settings things behind so I also suggest that some waiting could be allowed to Manolo.

I'm glad you approve Re replacements, I think we should wait til the next milestone before we let any new players in, and when we do, we should fill in the gaps randomly and proportionally to the number vacancies in each group. I'm gonna send an email to each group today, and after that the only regular emails I send will be the reminder ones, which will be sent 4 days before each milestone (to give 3 full days to play).

I received a reply from Nut's account some days ago.
He said that he doesn´t remember his Msn Messenger account and he asked me for my account in order to adding me.
Nobody has added me yet, so...

After weeks of silence, I've received some emails from Philippo! His motherboard was faulty, so he sent it in to be repaired, and he only got his PC back 3 days ago. He says that in spite of his university work, he will try to play some games next week. In the light of this, I've taken him out of the recycle. This case is a good example of why I set-up this recycle bin instead of just deleting people straight-off. It's funny how 3 of the 5 people with complications are all in my group

I think you don't fully understand the situation in the group. I was planning to play my first game in the previous weekend, because I was busy before. But when I finally got free from work and asked my group wormers for a game, they all refused for some reasons.. Saldanha said he must prepare for the exams, Cool said he wasn't at home and won't be able to play till the next weekend, Ratoonsoft said he was having some party and didn't bother to answer me when he is able to play, and Franpetas didn't give any reasonable answer why he couldn't play.
I'm now starting to think, that some or all of them organised collusion to make me leave cwt, so that they will have more chances to proceed to the next stage. It may sound strange, but it's quite possible.
Think of it.

I think if you play twice until the next milestone things can be set back in good order...
