You have to be active in arranging your games, waiting for your opponent to send you an email or to find you will make me very very sad
Here are some tips:
1. Write an email to your opponent as soon as possible, and add a copy to me (lukexs@o2.pl) so that I can see that you are trying! Argument like "he wasn't on msn" is not a good one. If you are responding to an email also include a copy for me, in fact, send me a copy of all your emails!
2. Yet if you are seen on msn or in ag by me or by one of my spies, it will be taken into consideration, should you be involved in "booting situation"
3. Visit forums! even if you don't have anything important to post, I can see who was here within last 24 hours (I have a pretty good memory)
4. If you have some life situation that even MIGHT make it difficult to play on time - let me know IN ADVANCE, through email.
5. UPDATE If you play many games other than predetermined one, you rise your chances of staying in the tourney, should you fail to play a predetermined game
6. That's all I can think of for now, maybe I'll add something later
I know all the above looks pretty obvious, but over the years I learned that it is not, so better take these advices to youself and use them. I will boot people regardless who it is, if your life is too busy - do not sign up, let others have fun. Playing is not obligatory, there will be another CWT around February 2009 (if this one is successful) Booting won't be based on my personal sympathies, but nonetheless, please don't make me have to boot you!
Final rule - have fun, and let others have fun too. =)
