Okay some tough decisions we had to make.

Horn is banned from the CWT 2009 for the mess he created in the previous tournament.

Fantomas is banned from the CWT 2009 for the mess he had been creating on CWT tournaments since 2006.

FaD is signed back with a yellow card warning but he will be banned after his first wrongdoing (attempt to cheat, any kind of insult, etc.)

I ask those who were banned not to start a drama here.
You may loose your forum account and a chance to participate in CWT 2010.

As i said earlier there are plenty of tourneys in the WormNet you are just not welcome in a one of them.

Nice, Fantomas. Khamski asked for no drama and there you go (keep going too). He wrote "troubles SINCE 2006" so don't even get me started about what was in 2007 and 2008, in short you got 2 warnings already, so don't relate yourself to Johnmir, he didn't get that many.

If we ask people to pay for participation almost no one will pay you moron, it's a fun tournament in a very limited community

Also, it is a privately organised tourney, we can do whatever we want, and no one is forced to participate, other leagues don't have even a percentage of CWT's patience, but hey, you don't play anywhere else, only come to mess up CWT every year, so bbye

Jig, you look so much like khamski, almost like his copy. Being so negative all the time against everything I say, no matter what. But I am not gonna start hating this fine tournament because of several morons who think they are geniuses, who make secret conversations, secret conspiracy shit against other players. Mate, there is no good and fair thing in this world that require secrecy! If you want to do something good, just tell everyone about it and let everybody discuss. But that's ugly and pathetic what you do, making decisions behind everyone's backs and telling it's for everyone's sake. No, it's fucking not right.

Okay, you are saying I got some warnings. NO, I FUCKING DID NOT RECEIVE ANY WARNINGS! And there was no talking about that in relation to this tournament. Admit it, you both just don't like me, it's very clearly seen. And that's not the reason to ban me. I am not gonna beg you or whatever else, I am not such a person. I just want this tournament to be a nice and fair community as it used to be. I am not gonna let you guys ruin it by your hate and prejudice.

Regarding the money issue, we discussed it many times already, there is NO need for everyone to pay a price. There can be just a few people willing to donate. A fact that there is a money prize will do everything else. Fun tournament is good, but just fun factor is not enough to make it successful. Yes, you can make it all very strict, fixed schedule, banning inactive players at once. We tried it all before, it didn't work. If people are playing it for fun, they are not playing it as a really serious tournament, so they don't want to have any strict rules, they want more flexibility you know. You can't make a fun tournament so serious. You will just end up losing half of the players and consequently fail it again. And you are most like to fail again, signing up so many players you don't know and forcing them to obey the rules. If it was a group of well known players who you can trust and who will play their games in time no matter what (you might not agree, but one of them is me), this might work. But in this case it would be a closed tournament for the chosen ones, which is not really nice. So there is always a dilemma, making it all serious or making it open for everyone, fun and nice, but facing problems and having a great chance to fail it.

And yeah, nothing you write will change the fact that you are banned.

I know you don't want me to argue with you, you just want me to stay silent and accept your decision as it is. But you know I am not such a person. I never stay silent when unfair situations occur, especially when it concerns me, you could have predicted that.

Kham, what will happen in 2010 that will not this year? Before last year's cwt almost the same situation occured, you and Jig colluded to throw me out of the tournament. We made a compromise, I participated in the tournie and what? There were no earthquakes, no tsunami here. So what's the problem now? You still think that I will fuck all the rules and play funny again. I respect the rules if there are the rules and they are fine. I wouldn't have signed up for this CWT if I knew I would make it all worse for everybody.

If you are so eager to get rid of me, go on, give yourself a pleasure. I will not come back. And BTW, you might hate me now, but when I am gone, you are gonna miss me for sure. Who else would fight so hard against hipocrisy here and tell you about your bad sides? Who will always create dramas of unfair situations and amuse everyone? After all, who will propose good ideas to make CWT a better place? Hell, with such ruling, CWT is going to be just a "free" and "democratic" place for puppets and puppeteers. Well done and RIP old good CWT.

Btw, there is no such thing here as banning anyone forever. One can always come back with another nickname whenever he wants. I don't say I will do it, but the possibility of this is obvious. Other banned members can do it also.
