Hey guys I've been playing the 3d demo and I can say that after checking the minimum requirements of the game (P III 800) I will not be able to evolve into the 3d world. So CWT will be in WWP format at least until when I get a new pc, and that would be in a while from now... However, if I see that the CWT comunity grows into the 3d thing also, then I could host some kind of a "summer 3d tournament" for the CWTers that represent us in the 3d comunity, even don't playing. But that would be something to look into in the future, not now... For now, start playing it. BUT ALSO DON'T FORGET WWP!! You will regret yourself for doing it... AND FOR GOD'S SAKE VOODOO AND RAVEN I CHOSE THE DEVIL AVATAR FIRST!!

Crespo, I hope CWT stays in wwp even 'til long after you've got your new PC Although I'm planning to get W3 on the day it comes out, I believe I'm still going to play WWP regularly for a LONG time after the 3d game is out. There's just so much cool stuff you can so in the 2D game that you won't be able to in W3, there's no way I'm going to give up WWP for 3D. And Voodoo, the 3D demo is not all that great. It's just a few weeks, a month at most until the full game comes out now, try not to think about it and trust me, the time will fly by. However, if you absolutely can't wait, then go to this site www.gozilla.comwhere you can get a cool, free utility which enables you to download part of a program, disconnect, then come back and download the rest of it later. That way, you can do it in as many segments as you want, rather than having to do it all in one go.

Yeah I've tried it for 1 night and it's by far more beautiful than wwp, but it's not good for competition really. All the friends with me agreed on that point. Nicer to play, yet weird and strange for any kind of competition. So, hold your horses 3d lovers, cuz there won't be any kind of 3d CWT tournament in the early days. For tournament play WWP still rules.

I've now played the "Worms 3D" demo, which I thought was good fun, although I couldn't tell what was going on.
One thing's for sure, it won't be replacing WWP.

I played this demo today and... well t17 say that lot of bugs wil be fixed in final game, i hope so. About controls, i dont think its weird its just different and hard to get used to it, mouse moves too fast imo, and why the f*** nade fuse is changed with f1???, shortkeys didnt work too and it was to hard to pick weapon from weapon list (that "moving around arrow" is really gay) I know this is just demo, but demo should tease ppl to buy final game but after playing this demo im sure i wont buy game. One nice thing is zook with 3d wind i managed to make few cool shots but thats not enough. And the most sucky thing is that you cant see whole map and this eliminates planning making that game more arcade than tactical.

Well said steve - couldn't have put it better.
The sheer comic character that has been lost from overplaying on the 2d series is back with a vengeance.

Is it me or is the targetting method for the Air-Strike completely ghey? Also, it's a shame we can't drop from the Jet Pack either.
