Ok dear hosts and the whole community!
We have a little problem in few groups now
Its when ACTIVE and WILLING to PLAY PLAYERS are at the risk of being penaltized
because their groupmates dont wanna play vs them
(by some obvious and legal reasons in most cases)

So i propose to discuss it and DON'T PENALTIZE THOSE WHO WANTS TO PLAY

This is catered for by the current rules. A player who either 1) gets no replies from another player, or 2) gets replies but which are always refusals, should inform me (or Crespo) and I will take it into account at the next milestone.

As I have understood Manolo has moving job, part of the time in Algiers. And not don't have internet-connection whole time.
We have our game still unfinished (wich I'm leading 1-0 as we have agreed).
Today I asked him to play again but the answer was simply "no", so I guess he is in place where is connection but no WWP or doesn't want to play.
