We've had over 80 days to play 8 (or less games), and the group stage hasn't finished. Here's how I intend for it to finish:
The absolute, final, non-negotiable deadline is Sunday 18th June. On the Monday after, the knockout will begin. There's also an intermediate deadline, Saturday 3rd June. If you play all your games before this deadline, then nothing happens, but anyone who misses this deadline for whatever reason will lose 1 point.
This is how the situtation stands, gentlemen.

Right, the final deadline has passed and we're into the knockout stage. There are no new deadlines yet.
Taking into account the deductions for unplayed games, the last four to qualify for the KO stage are:
E1: Javito (to play Jigsaw)
E2: Dvorkin (to play Konrad)
G1: Chicken23 (to play David)
G2: Dario (to play SirGorash)

I'm returning home for a couple of days today so in a few hours I'll update the site with the final knockout pairings.

err, dario played twice against johnmir and he won 2-0 both. So dario is 1st instead of chicken  |

Oh, yes, I got the Dario/Chicken result the wrong way round.
The Javito/Dvorkin result is as it is coz of points (to be) deducted for unplayed games.
I for one won't be thinking much about my game til after the world cup.
