Ok i raise timekeeping issue (partly coz its a real big questions having in mind problems we had in previous seasons... partly coz i just wanted to start some buzz (can't acces nnn forums for some fucked up magic reason)). Well you know me... I vote for a strict schedule for all games. We discuss it about a month. Then when everyone agreed on dates and yimes/ We create it from steel and beton. No retreat no remorse no regret. Throw yours

I find that suggestion very appealing, but unfortunately I don't think it would be workable. The problem as ever is the massive variation in lifestyles and availability of the wormers.

The best solution is in my point of view a games arranging utility, no forum, no mail, no MSN, all in one in a simple, nice, and popular application. Someday i will program a shit like that ^^, by now the current approach of deadlines and penalties is the best i think.

[glow=red,2,300]Announcement[/glow]
The milestone system that was used last year won't be used again this year because it was too complicated. Instead, I think we'll be taking things as they come.

I just did an small program that will work together with the WA Snooper. The idea is to make the snooper play a sound when someone of your interest appears in #AG so you can do other things instead of waiting and checking it all the while. Here is a detailed description of this (I believe) usefull program i just did: nnnforum.jconserv.net/viewtopic.php?p=2312#2312I believe this tool will increase our chances to arrange games

Hello guys as you know i have been developing this tool, slowly it is growing and i think is great, im very proud of this idea and im very proud of how it works, the current version works better and has a lot more of features than previous versions so dont stick to previous bad taste about this program. If you think that the addon is not needed, that you have enough with the Snooper, i can say that you are doing bad cause the snooper+addon has many advantages over the snooper alone:
- You can minimize the snooper and do other stuff while waiting for someone of your interest to appear in wormnet, at the time he shows you will hear a sound or see a window notification.
- You will be able to customize groups and aliases as much as you want, so if you wanna talk to me by using the alias "sg" you just need to add a line like "sg=sSirGorash" in the configuration file.
- The addon has the power to automatically run the snooper, login, go directly to AG and enable the "Show enter/exit notification" automatically.
- You can send private messages in a far easy way than the snooper typical double click on nick and write the message. A private message is sent like that: "Ctrl+Enter, "sg..hello!", Enter" the first time and just "Ctrl+Enter, "..hello!", Enter" later cause the addon remembers who you previously wrote to. If someone sends you a private message you will be able to reply him with the command "reply..hello!".
- You can send messages to groups in the same way as you would talk to just one guy. To define a group inside the configuration file you just need to put a line like this "NNN=sJohnmir,sSirGorash,sDario,sKoras...". If you later send a message like "NNN..hello!" this message will reach everyone in the group NNN.
- You can talk to others while playing, you can talk to them while they are in AG or even when they are also playing.
- If you are inside AG and someone sends a message to your snooper the message will be redirected to your wa account so you dont need to minimize the game and read the message in the snooper.
- Everytime someone of your interest appears in AG or you get a private message from anyone you will be notified even if you are playing.
- If you think that the "Ingame console" is ugly well yes! its ugly AND usefull. You can hide/Show that console by pressing Shift+BackSpace and it will appear automatically if someone sents you a private message or someone of your interest enters AG.
- I will work in the "State" feature: If someone of your interest enters AG channel your snooper account will send him automatically a private message with your current state's message. Lets say you define: - State1=Open for league games. - State2=Just friendly games. - State3=Open for chat - State4=Wanting League with: LibrE, Koras. - State5=Currently playing a league game. If at anytime you press Ctrl+Alt+1 you will enable your snooper state 1 and everytime someone of your interest enters #AG he will receive automatically a message from your snooper account that will look like that: "(Snoop Addon State) Open for league games." At any time you can press Ctrl+Alt+0 to disable the automatic state feature.
- I will work in SIMPLE commands that will be translated into the TiCPU commands, the best feature from this bot (TiCPU) are the offline meassages, with something like this we will have a very very very powerfull tool for arranging league or tournament games.
I think its all by now, as i see it its a great tool but no one paid attention to my work, i hope you guys understand that this tool will increase our chances to arrange games but i cant do it alone, i need your support to start standarizing it. .
