Bytor, its not about hiding from confrontations, the goal each of You was geting through to 1/4 final, no matter how U gonna do this (ofcourse being fair-play), tactic is tactic. Many good players plays like that cause its better for them in some situations. If You're not patient enough and You cant look at it from the tactic point of view You might have a problem next year too.

AHH Tade is just of a new breed, a tactician not a warrior. I just have to accept that. I am no stranger to tactics, I just employ different tactics. I changed my playing style for that game and successfully out - thought the tactician but failed in the execution. The game has changed to place far less importance on skill. The old childhood story of the rabbit/turttle race is a good analogy. I am just mad @ how I went out. I would have much rather gotten an old fasten thrashing by Koras, Fad, Terror exc.

Interesting discussion. I disliked Bytor's opinion about tactical players. But only because of a form he was using to express it.
I agree with the rest. I think we must progress making our moves faster without harm to a smartness. We must try interesting breathtaking moves instead of waiting for an opponents mistake. This will make a contarst between lightsiders and darksiders more visible and a game more thrilling.
I didn't watch the game though. Just going with the flow of the discussion.
p.s. bah... I always thought Koras is a darksider who knows the game pretty well and uses opponent mistakes in 99.99% of games instead of trying stunning moves. Now he is in one line with Terror. Strange. Guess he plays "another" games vs Bytor.

Wriggler 3:2 Kinslayer. GG's. Thanks to Kin for being good sport and playing today instead of taking tech win. Better to lose valiantly than win cheaply. Attachments:

Haha, what a speach, Zoky! Well, seriously, bl Bytor, i'm really sad you didn't manage to win, cause you deserved to be in best 8 at least! But Tade deserved that too, and he has a chance to continue. Good luck to him and, unfortunatly, good luck next year to you!

Zoky, You best hope we never meet out here in the real world.-I do not hide behind a computer and act tough.
So I am a noob ha? Well, that may be. But if I am a noob and won all our last 11 games-what does that make you? Retarded I guess. Don't believe me? Check the replays. And more then a few were cave maps.lol Next time, check your facts before talking shit. Here is something you said during one of our games. "for U I am bad..I can't beat you"-again, do not believe me? Check the replay. I can't believe anyone here would have any trouble beating you and as the least skilled player here-you are in no position to judge who or what is noob.
Next time you have a thought...just let it go. I honestly feel dumber for having read your posts. Damn it! Dumber is not even a word-----See, your stupidity is contagious!!!
Tade- I wish you the best. I realize the way you play is a result of the direction normal games have taken since league. GL in the rest of CWT.

I keep silence about Bytor - Zoky conversation. I just wanted to add, that i agree with Bytor in the way he thinks and i'm sure that only one thing can bring you to a top of normal playing - "creative" playing. You can use tactics, tricks, be skilled. But only creative playing gives you a chance to open your mind and ask yourself - what is possible in this game. Creative playing is not only about cool moves, it is about fast smart ideas inluding tactical, psyhological and teqniqual moves.
I want to stress, it brings you to the top of normal playing, not to the top of the league. Look at Dario. He is on the top of normal playing. Daz played a lot, that's true. But i'm sure he won't argue, that the key of winning is opened mind, ability to watch a map wider then others.
Some of players say "We concentrate on tactics now, it is what will lead us to the top. Ble ble ble". There is a bit difference between tactics and standard playing. What do you think, doesn't most of players concentrate on standard playing?
Would be nice if top league/cwt players brought this spirit to the league(wormnet)!

Hmm first at all I cant agree with the used expressions here!
At the end always the better player wins, its not important how he did it. Sure, as spectateur I like the more creative way, but I dont have the right to force the conservativ player to change his game to "lightside"...
Kinda superflue issue what we are talking about. We all know that Dario didnt reached his level just with tactics. And we know also, that most of us will never reach that level, doesnt matter how much we play that fucking game. So its proven that from a certain level also an excellent creativity is needed to have a chance for win.

Yea, it was clear that you disagree at this point. Coz game lies always Btw. Bytor its your own fault that league takes - in your eyes - "bad influence" to our game play. You are the one who refuse to play in this league, thought you could correct there some missstandings. You cant complain about something, where you dont paricipat. Its too easy to claim about things, if you arent a part of it, isnt it?

I'm sure that the reason of such gameplay is players, not the league. ONL is an amazing challenge which gather a lot of players, good players who can exchange their experience during the battles!
Joschi, creative playing is not about lightsiding. Again, it is all the smart ideas in tactics, moves, psyhology. This is creative playing. A lot of people play their games exactly the fucking same way, again and again. It sucks. If you wanna rise your skill, you must always keep you brain active but not lazy.
I mean you should always try to find different ways of playing, planning tactics. I mean - NOT doing the same things every game, every round, try more. I wanna you to get my idea.
Btw i'm 100% agree with you (Joschi) - the better player always wins in serios matches, when both players are motivated. Rafka, I still think that best of 5 match is a good distance for a better player to controll the game and take it in hands.
