1) Sadly Domi was a total fall out last year. That gives us - Zemke and me - the chance to honor khamskis great efforts he brought all the years for CWT. He will complete our 3 men moderators team. With our call as 3rd Moderator, we respect all his done work for CWT. Welcome aboard!
2) There were some dissatisfaction because of tourney system. If you are serious with your complains and you want to modify something at the current system, speak now here. We three moderators will clearify in privat talk, if we want to run a discussion about your topic or not. If there isn't any complain, we will maintain our current system.

After khamskis retrait Zemke and me decided to ask other experienced players, if they and how they want to help in a team to make a awesome CWT'12 real. After their feedback, we agreed on Kayz as our new third moderator.
There is still the option, that someone else wants to run a discussion about tourney modifications. But I repeat myself, that this has to happen very soon, because Zemke is already doing the settings.

Hey guys,
I was thinking on purchasing a very very cheap Worms: Armageddon from Amazon because, well, I miss to worm around a bit on the net. If you happen to see Crespo online during the next month, it will be me!
Cheers,
Luís Crespo

Hey again guys, I confirm that I will have a WA cd to play online soon, but that will only be possible after April 17th, plus I will be in the Azores (islands) from April 22nd to the end of May so maybe it will be only possible to spot me around more often after early June. I expect to make a first appearance in the week of April 16th through 21st, though.

Hey CWT fellas,
last two years, mainly Zemke and me have managed all tourney related things. The admin roles were clearly defined: Zemke made everything concerning tourney's site appearance and I cared of everything else what makes a tourney, since 2010 also the management of donors and the organization of trophies. A very close cooperation was the fundament of our work.
In Zemke, I had, from the very first moment, the perfect partner for our project of a succesful tourney. The reason why I can post this - in fact, why best Intermediate players still consider CWT as the worms highlight of the year - is Zemkes incredible intensive work on a new tourney site, which was in 2010 the base for a new CWT era.
I'm happy to tell you, that Zemke will continue his development of the site and Kayz will take my role. You could say, that Kayz will be "head mod of CWT2012". Like Crespo from 2002 to 2007, Jigsaw 2008, khamski 2009, and myself 2010/11, Kayz will be the first contact person concerning all tourney related questions.
I am with admins team as 3rd referee and will follow all CWT issues with the same engagement like before, but in a not-representative role anymore. I won't make any kind of organisation, including donations and trophies stuff'. If I can help with my opinion as a referee, I will. If not, I am the simple participant who delivers ideas.
In future, Kayz will make the organisation. The trust I have to Kayz allowed me to ask him, if he could take my admin functions. I am very happy that Kayz declared his will to make this. Hooray for his engagement. He deserves our support.
This isn't a retreat in small steps. I will contribute the same passion to CWT12 - and minimum to another couple of following CWTs - like I did last years.

Pity. I never was your fan but i must admit you did your work well. Nice, clean and silent management. I doubt if anyone has a will to pull this tourney like you did. It's a lotta non-profit work.
But anyway gl CWT. Thanx for your big work, Joschi.

Hey guys,
I officially made my casual return to Wormnet. As I entered AG I found khamski and had the chance to have a close friendly battle! I guess worming it's like riding a bike, once you've learned it, it's impossible to forget! You might see me around the place ocasionally now for the next 2/4 months. See you all in the battlefield!
EDIT: Forgot to reply about this change in the organization of CW 2012. Well done for Joschi! Congratulations on a job well done! And the best of luck to KayZ.
Cheers,
Luís Crespo

Fellow wormers,
Some of you might already have spotted me around AG now and then. I find most of my Worms time spend with Team17 games. I really enjoy playing this scheme as it combines the strategy of controling secure and larger drop areas with the randomness of ocasional powerful weapons you fetch but many times you just have to improvise with minor weapons. I find it very cool. Now and then, I also have an Intermediate game. At this topic, I think I retain average skills, able to whip a noob or a poor strategy thinker with relative ease but unable to do so when I find a pro. The last day I found one was a swiss dood that was looking forward to play in CWT. He seemed quite good for the job (LittleBiatch was his nick), but I, for once, am not fit enough. More than strategy thinking, I am too slow executing moves. If things stand this way until the next months, I definitely cannot be a part of CWT as I don't want to get whipped 0-2 in all games. Also, at this time I don't feel the need to compete in the Worms world (I also play the trading card game Magic: The Gathering and I have plenty of competition there).
See you around and I will keep you posted about any changes in my feels.
Cheers,
Luís Crespo
P.S.: Anyone knows if HostingBuddy is supposed to get a fix for not crashing after round 1 of best-of-X games? That is boring...

It's still a dream for me to have you participating in a new edition of CWT. You're the founder and it would be fantastic to have you back after five years in which we went through a rapid development of this tournament. About HostingBuddy, I guess you're better off opening your port 17011 or using WormNAT2. I know that HostingBuddy's development stagnates a bit (last forum entry October, 2006). You will probably find some help reading the Hosting Guide.

Hello again friends! It's been a while ... I decided to write you a few words and congratulate the whole CWT team for keeping this tournament alive and improving it in every single aspect. So ... congratulations to all of u guys! It's nice to see the worms community active like in the old days and contributing in bringing this game to another level of style, creativity and most important ... Tactics (i've seen some replays and as far as tactic is concerned i must say some of u made some big improvements. Nice live streaming and comments, I've always said (mostly to Dario, 1-2 years ago) that i should retire and be a worms commentator, lol! Have fun to all players, i'm sure you will make this year's tournemnt memorable... PS: I'll be watching u!

Yea, it's been a while. Your last post dates from your CWT 2009 moderators' time. Nice to see this started again and btw, i don't think it's early to do anything related to organization. Better to do it before... i am willing to help again so count on me guys. It would be nice to hear you commentating some live stream, maybe even khamskis live stream? Our 2009 moderators team united and commentating together the CWT 2012 final.
