Ok this is not quite a rule but it is an advise:
It is necessary that you do NOT erase any CWT game played. We (I or Penguin) might request to view the game file if trouble happens with disconnections in order to settle any problem that might show up. If you want you may send me the file along with the usual match report however this is an optional feature. If we request the game file for reviewing and you don't have the recording you will certainly be penalized for that!
EDIT: files will be uploaded in WinRar packs in order to save space.
(must put this in the rules soon)

I have the same opinion, it should be a rule. I'd like to see certain games from the group stage so now that we have replays available why not use the opportunity? Weren't we/you considering creation of some archive with replays, if that feature should ever come to wwp?

I'm sure that anyone who plays in a "big" game will send the replay to the usual address along with the result.

Although the files can easily be compressed into much smaller files they still take space. I don't think it is a mandatory obligation here... Again, if people want they send it, if not they don't.

I would like to propose an "unwritten rule" about the same thing that is done in NNN without anyone having to say it. When you are hosting and see who will have first turn in the coming rounds, do not choose maps to give your self an advantage. Weather you choose an island or cave map for round 1 it should be the same type of map for round 2. If you choose a wide open island for round 1 and see you have first turn, do not pick a cave or vary complex map for round 2.

I like to play island - island and cave because in mi opinion there is less luck. The 2 island must be very similar

I agree that the players should start successive rounds on the same type of map, and because I prefer islands I do the following sequence when I host (I = island, C = cavern):
First to 2: C-I-I-C-C-I-I-C-C-I-I-...
First to 3: I-I-C-C-I-I-C-C-I-I-C-C-I-I-...

First to 2: C-I-I-C-C-I-I-C-C-I-I-... Why that "C" at begining? I ask my opponent if he wants to start the game playing 2 islands or playing 2 caves, of course it goes from 2 on 2. And thats all, best of 3 or best of 5 is the same thing. If i host and chose the maps they should be able to chose the pattern at least...

Why that "C" at begining? First-to-2s invariably end as 2-0 or 2-1, which gives CI and CII respectively. In the latter case, both players get to start on an island. I'm aware that they start on different maps in the former case, but it would be a shame to have the deciding round in a cavern, wouldn't it?

Islands are funnier and faster but in caverns luck effect is diminished, i think a cave is better to decide who shall be the winner. In many aspects both approachs looks the same, but i think its better without that "C" at beginig cause both players have the chances to start on same kind of map and then comes the decisive round. In your approach the guy starting the second round may have some advantage, i dont know... well anyway im discussing it not to question your methods but in case we are going to do some kind of rule of it. In my point of view the guy who start on island has lets say 60% of chances of wining the round, while on cave it falls to almost 55%, more or less, i dont know, its subjective. The point is that i think that cave is less influenced by who plays first and so, playing a cave at first gives some advantage to the guy who starts 2nd round on island, he may win 2-0 instead of 2-1, can you see my point? kinda confusing...

In NNN, more than a rule its a "strong suggestion", its even written. I agree with the 2 on 2 pattern.
